Jeff Rust President & Founder 
SVP, Technical Recruitment Dirk Zondag, Jr., born and raised in Princeton, NJ, is an Eagle Scout and holds a BS from James Madison University. He came to Sun Valley after selling Colonial Landscaping, a business he built from scratch and ran for 3 years. Since coming to the Sun Valley, he has excelled in understanding, evaluating, and addressing the technical hiring needs of his clients. Dirk is known for successfully finding the right people in a streamlined and enthusiastic manner. He loves coming to work each day because he gets to learn about new technologies, his passion, and can help strengthen the tech market, one client at a time. Also, developing long term relationships with candidates and assisting their career search is something he holds priceless. His move to Senior Vice President, Technical Recruitment within Elevate Recruiting Group elevates the industry standard for software recruiting. Travis Thelen VP of Sales, Digital Media Travis comes to Elevate from MavenSource where he built a successful recruiting business focused on the online, interactive, and mobile spaces. Cooper Minnis VP of Digital Media Cooper specializes in the recruitment of digital media sales and marketing executives across the US. Matthew Siegel Director of Recruiting, Technical/ Engineering Matthew was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated with a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 2001. He moved to Sun Valley with his wife in the Fall of 2007 after 7 years as a commodities and equity trader at the CBOT, Mercantile Exchange, and CBOE. He doesn't regret leaving the Windy City for the small town of Sun Valley except when the Bears or Cubs aren't on television, or when he is craving a deep dish pizza. Contact Information:
Director- Digital Media Jason is the newest member of the Elevate Digital Team and focuses on Account Executive, Account Management and Ad Operations roles on both the Company and Candidate sides in the digital space. His early foray in recruiting was in the insurance business where he built a successful book of business with Precision Senior Marketing in Austin, Texas before returning to Sun Valley, Idaho in ’10. Jason is an native of North Central Washington and attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington on a football scholarship immediately after high school. His love affair with the mountains began shortly after leaving Tacoma and moving to Sun Valley for the first time. Jennifer Werdel Director of Marketing Recruitment Jennifer specializes in finding the right marketing talent for the hottest digital companies coast to coast. Before joining the Elevate Digital team in 2011, Jennifer spent a decade working as strategic communications counsel for nonprofit and Fortune 500 organizations, specializing in strategizing and executing global marketing solutions that achieve powerful business results.
Jennifer’s industry expertise and ability to build relationships through credibility and natural camaraderie have helped her immediately realize outstanding results for clients and candidates alike. She is most proud of helping to build out Elevate’s industry reputation as being a solution to finding outstanding marketing professionals, and enjoys each step of the process.
A lifelong resident of the Pacific NW, Jennifer graduated from the prestigious University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communications (Go Ducks!) with a double major in Advertising and Public Relations.
When she is not reading up on the latest industry trends and sourcing amazing opportunities, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two children, Connor, 15, a freshman basketball player and track runner, and Grace, 13, a nationally competitive Irish Dancer.
