Elevate Recruiting Group is proud to give back to the local community. We have formed a unique partnership with Sun Valley Adaptive Sports http://www.svasp.org/ to help support our local Special Olympics. Elevate has taken a hands on approach with the local Special Olympics Alpine Ski Team and is proud to coach/mentor the athletes on a weekly basis. Elevate has also instituted a Referral Fee Option to donate to this cause. For every successful referral, Elevate pays out a $1,000.00 referral fee. We are happy to offer an option to defer all or a portion to donate to Sun Valley Adaptive Sports/Special Olympics. This option has been very successful, and we continue to strive to help our local community. Special Olympics is an outstanding opportunity for people with intellectual disabilities to be a part of a team, learn sport skills, compete against other athletes, and of course have fun! Special Olympics athletes gain valuable lessons, such as what it means to be a good teammate, responsibility, social interaction and gaining self-confidence. Special Olympics team activities, as with all local SVAS winter programs, are provided at no cost to the participant. A Special Olympics athlete will never be turned away due to financial constraints, which allows many athletes who otherwise would not have the opportunity the chance to compete and enjoy all that is involved when being on a team.
